Before replying, a guest wants to know four things: when, where, how much, and what to wear. The event page puts them on one screen, along with a free-form description and attachments for the access map or the menu. If you would rather not circulate your address, the exact location can stay hidden until the person has joined the event. Once they are a member, they open the map, start directions or copy the address in one tap, then add the date to their calendar. You no longer have to keep answering "what time is it again?" in the chat.

One link to share anywhere, clear settings and live reply tracking.
Not all guests join the same way. You can share a link, show a QR code on a printable poster, pass on an invitation code, or invite your contacts by SMS or email. You set the rules: whether requests need approval, a guest limit, and whether plus-ones are allowed, adults or children, with a maximum per guest. Everyone replies "I'm in", "Not sure" or "Can't make it" and can leave a note for the group. Guests who don't have the app reply from a web page on orgaa.app, after confirming a code sent to them by email. On the day, you check arrivals off the list.

The chat dedicated to the event: messages, decisions and fun, all in one place.
An ordinary messaging group mixes everything: logistics, jokes, and things the guest of honour shouldn't read. Here each event has its own chat, split into channels. General is for everyone, Organisers stays private, Gifts is invisible to the recipient, and you create sub-discussions for a specific topic such as Saturday's dinner. Reactions, mentions, replies to a message, attachments and voice messages are all there. You also choose how much room guests have: an open discussion, a moderated one, or read-only, which helps when the group grows large and announcements risk getting lost.

Polls
Decide together: everyone votes, the result takes shape in real time.
Picking a date or a restaurant in a chat usually ends in crossed messages and no reliable count. A poll asks the question once. You decide whether people tick one option or several, and whether guests can add their own suggestions, which is handy when you don't have all the ideas yourself. Voting can be anonymous for sensitive subjects such as the budget per person. Those who haven't voted yet receive automatic reminders, so you don't have to chase them one by one. Once the decision is made, you close the poll to stop the voting.

3Questionnaires
Diet, size, shuttle: one form per person and every answer in a single table.
When you need precise information, such as allergies, arrival time or who needs a bed, a poll is no longer enough. A questionnaire combines eleven field types, from short text to multiple choice, by way of date, phone, rating and scale. Templates cover the common cases: allergies and diet, weekend info, transport, accommodation, wedding guests, satisfaction. Each person gets their own form, plus-ones included, so a partner's diet isn't forgotten. You send it to everyone or only to confirmed attendees, schedule its publication, and set a deadline and reminders. Answers can be read as a summary, per guest or as a table, and exported to CSV.

Share the planning: add co-organisers with the same rights as you.
An event carried by one person depends entirely on that person's availability. By naming co-organisers, you genuinely share the load: they have the same rights as you, with one exception, cancelling the event, which remains yours alone. For a wedding, the best man and maid of honour can keep an eye on invitations while you work on the programme. A discussion channel reserved for organisers lets you settle things among yourselves before announcing anything to the group. And if the person you want to bring in isn't using Orgaa yet, you invite them by SMS as an external co-organiser.

The hour-by-hour schedule, over one or several days. Everyone knows what and when.
As soon as an event runs longer than a single evening, "what are we doing, and at what time?" keeps coming back. The programme lays out the steps hour by hour, over one or several days. Each step carries its location and attachments, such as a ticket or a map, and a map view shows where everything takes place. You can start from a template instead of a blank page. Visibility is set step by step, and a scheduled reveal keeps an activity secret until the chosen moment, useful for a stag or hen weekend. The programme can also be shared through a public, read-only web link.

Tasks
Who does what: assigned tasks and clear progress tracking.
"Is anyone sorting out the drinks?" often gets no answer, or three. Tasks make the split explicit. You create a task, break it into subtasks if needed, then assign it to one person, to everyone, or leave it open to volunteers: the first to claim it takes it on. A due date and reminders save you from finding out the day before that nobody ordered the cake. Templates give you a base so you don't start from scratch, and a progress ring shows at a glance how far the preparation has come, without having to ask each person.

Carpooling
Who drives, who rides: outbound and return trips organise themselves between guests, without you.
Arranging lifts on behalf of your guests means keeping a spreadsheet nobody updates. Here every guest offers their own trip, outbound or return: departure, destination, date, time, one to eight seats and an optional note. Others join freely, or request a seat when the driver prefers to approve passengers manually, and can give a custom pick-up point. The other way round, a guest without a car posts "I'm looking for a seat" so drivers know about them. The journey time is estimated, and after an outbound trip the app offers to create the matching return.

The central wishlist: vote, reserve, no more duplicates or spoiled surprises.
Giving as a group raises two problems: finding an idea the person will like, and making sure two people don't buy the same thing. Gift lists gather the ideas, and the group decides between them by voting. Paste a product link and the preview is created automatically; ideas can also be imported from a personal wishlist. When someone takes charge of a gift, they quietly reserve it with "I'll take it", a mark the recipient never sees. The list can also be shared through a web link, where a relative who doesn't have the app reserves without creating an account, handy for grandparents.

A shared goal, your links (Lydia, PayPal, IBAN) and contribution tracking.
Orgaa collects nothing: the money never passes through the app. You enter your own links or details, Lydia, Wero, PayPal, Revolut or IBAN, and each guest pays you directly by whichever method suits them, then declares the amount they sent. You set a goal and a progress bar follows the collection. Individual amounts, however, are visible to organisers only, so nobody compares their contribution with anyone else's. Reminders spare you from asking in person, and automatic closing ends the collection when the time comes. In surprise mode, the fund stays hidden from the recipient.

Shared expenses
Track the group's expenses: Orgaa works out who owes what in the end.
After a weekend away, one person has paid for the rental, another for the groceries, a third for the fuel, and nobody knows where they stand. Log each expense with the person who paid it and its category, then choose the split: equal shares, exact amounts, or weighted shares when a couple counts for two or a guest only stayed one night. The app works out the balances automatically and shows who owes how much to whom. Repayments are then declared by the people concerned, because Orgaa processes no payments. Several currencies are supported, which helps on a trip abroad.

Photos & Fun Capture
All the photos gathered together, plus Fun Capture for a spontaneous group shot.
After the event, the photos stay scattered across everyone's phones. The shared album brings them together in a private space, reserved for the group, where people react to the pictures. If some guests already use Google Photos, iCloud or Drive, you simply add the external link. A blurred mode keeps photos hidden until a reveal date you choose, for instance the day after a wedding. Fun Capture adds a game during the event: at a random moment, each participant receives a notification and has fifteen minutes to take a photo with a selfie. You end up with spontaneous pictures taken by everyone, not just the usual photographer.
