Organising an event: WhatsApp or Orgaa?
A WhatsApp group is perfect for talking. As soon as you need to know who is coming, who does what and who paid for what, the information gets lost in the thread.

When WhatsApp is enough
- A dinner, drinks or a party between people who already know each other.
- No money to split and nothing to prepare together.
- A group that already exists and that you would rather not move.
When Orgaa fits better
- More than ten guests, replies to track and reminders to send.
- Money involved: a group fund for a gift, the costs of a weekend away.
- A surprise to protect, or tasks to share out between several people.
- An event over several days: wedding, hen or stag do, trip.
